F.A.Q.

 How should I submit my guest list?

Please only submit a single list of addresses. The address list must be typed and sent via email in Excel or MS Word label format with addresses exactly as they should appear on the envelope in a centered format.

No more than 4 addresses per page, please.

We do not accept handwritten lists. 

How many envelopes should I order from my stationer?

Please be sure to order a minimum of 20% additional envelopes to cover the occasional ink splatter or misspellings. Clients are responsible for all shipping fees. We ship USPS Priority Mail. 

What is the turnaround time?

Turn around time is typically 2 weeks for save the date envelope calligraphy and 3 weeks for pointed pen calligraphy.  We book in advance, and we recommend as soon as you know you'd like to use our services, that you book which requires a 50% deposit.  

Do I need inner envelope calligraphy and what will be included on the outer envelope?

Please note that the inner envelope calligraphy only is needed if you are using a second envelope to hold your invitation suite. This inner envelope should not be confused with the reply card envelope which usually has the return-address pre-printed. Outer envelope calligraphy includes a full address while inner envelope calligraphy includes the name line only.
